Even though the side effects warning for advodart do not list this, shortness of breath and back, leg and hip pain have been reported by numerous people on many different forums, blogs, etc..  Unfortunately when Doctors are presented with these side effects, they discourage the idea that these ailments are related to the advodart.  Try asking your Doctor if its safe for you to stop using advodart or flomax for a week or two, and see if your "ailments" disappear.
